What a incredible idea! I originally listed a few items I had whilst at university, and it ended up funding a large majority of my university life. Not only this, I managed to meet some amazing people along the way, I’ve had people rent items from my wardrobe for the Brits and had women get engaged in them!

I have now listed all of my wardrobe on the app and have regular rentals. I’ve recently started renting more myself as well which has been super exciting I’ve rented for quite a few work occasions and holidays which it is perfect for. I recently rented the Charlotte Simone coat of my literal dreams for a trip to Paris and it was incredible, it came in perfect condition with a lovely note from the lender. I would recommend By Rotation to literally anyone especially students trying to make a bit of extra money in a fashionable way 😉

I joined the By Rotation app with the objective to take on a more sustainable approach to my personal wardrobe - but the app is so much more than that! I’ve managed to make quite a few new friends and met so many inspiring women, who are also sharing their wardrobes on the app. It’s such an incredible Community to be a part of. I’ve loved being a part of this movement and contribute to the sharing economy.

As an added bonus, the app allows me to generate a side income from clothes that are simply gathering dust in my wardrobe. I especially enjoy the Lender’s Activity screen, where I can track my income month by month and discover the ROI of my wardrobe, such a clever feature! It's been also incredible hearing the stories from people who rent my clothes: my wardrobe has been on several first dates, ski trips and birthday meals!

I’ve been a user of Byrotation since 2021 and I absolutely love it. I started off with a couple of dresses and I now have a wardrobe of 40+ items that I rent out to fellow fashion lovers like myself. Lending on the platform has been such a great way to promote sustainability and circular fashion and it’s a been a good little earner for me too! Ive been pregnant twice in the last 3 years and haven’t been able to wear a lot of my items so it gives me so much joy to be able to share my lovely wardrobe with others. I was also able to get through my pregnancies by renting from other lenders rather than buying maternity clothes that I wouldn’t be able to use again. I can’t recommend this platform enough for lenders and renters alike!
